The free version lets you convert files up to 100 MB. If you need to convert files over 100 megabytes to OPUS, try MConverter Max. If your files aren’t over 1 GB, then you can use MConverter Plus instead, as it’s cheaper.

For cloud-based conversions, MConverter encrypts your files using the latest technologies, such as TLS 1.3 and HSTS. They are transmitted securely to our cloud service provider’s EU-based data center, which holds internationally recognized ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications. There, each conversion is processed in a separate, isolated environment. This technique further reduces the risk of a malicious file impacting other conversions.
Four hours after the conversion is complete, your files are automatically deleted from MConverter’s systems. You can also permanently delete your files immediately after finishing the conversion with the trash icon.
When converting on-device, your files never leave your device. MConverter processes them locally. Note: on-device conversions are not yet available for some hardware-intensive formats.
For both cloud and on-device conversions, your files are never scanned or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
