How to convert THEMEPACK to CAB?
You can convert THEMEPACK to CAB with MConverter in three easy steps:
Choose THEMEPACK files from your device or cloud storage
At the top of this page, drag and drop your THEMEPACKs.
Alternatively, click on the Browse box to select files with your device's file picker, or copy and paste a THEMEPACK file by pressing Ctrl+V (or ⌘+V on Mac).

If supported by your device, you'll see a Share icon, allowing you to directly send converted files to other apps.

A THEMEPACK file contains a theme for Windows 7 and newer. Themes allow users to easily customize desktop backgrounds, mouse cursors, icons, sounds, and more.
The difference between THEMEPACK and DESKTHEMEPACK is that the latter is only compatible with Windows 8, 10, and 11, whereas THEMEPACK was introduced with Windows 7. THEMEPACKs can still be used with newer versions of Microsoft Windows.
