Format description

A THEMEPACK file contains a theme for Windows 7 and newer. Themes allow users to easily customize desktop backgrounds, mouse cursors, icons, sounds, and more.
The difference between THEMEPACK and DESKTHEMEPACK is that the latter is only compatible with Windows 8, 10, and 11, whereas THEMEPACK was introduced with Windows 7. THEMEPACKs can still be used with newer versions of Microsoft Windows.
