How to cancel your MConverter subscription

Simple guide for unsubscribing from MConverter Plus and Pro. You'll learn how to stop your subscription from automatically renewing.

At MConverter, we have made it easy for you to cancel your subscription. We do not make it purposefully difficult by having you call a phone number and wait, nor do we charge early cancellation fees.

To stop your subscription from auto-renewing (i.e. to cancel it), follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Account after signing in with the account you used to subscribe to MConverter Premium, Plus, or Pro.
    • On desktop, click on the account icon at the top right corner.
    • On mobile, tap on MENU > MY ACCOUNT or SIGN IN.
  2. Click on the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button.
    • It may also be called MANAGE PAYMENTS.
  3. Click on Cancel subscription in the popup window that opens.
    • If you've had multiple subscriptions, you may first need to click on the one which is currently active.
    • After cancelling, your paid plan benefits will remain active for the rest of the current billing period.

I can't see any active subscriptions, but I'm still getting charged. Why?

You may have used a different email address when signing up. Please try logging in with any other email accounts you have and look for the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button.

Also, make sure the charge on your bank statement includes "MCONVERTER" in the description β€” this means it's from our service. Please note that charges made through PayPal will appear as "PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET" instead.

If these tips don't help, contact us and mention your name, the date(s) you were charged, and the last 4 digits of your card. This way, we will be able to find and cancel your subscription.

Finally found a converter that did webp to gif without killing the animation. I tried around 12ish different converters and this is the only one that works so far. Hats off to you dev, thank you.

AMAZING! This is the perfect file converter! The first thing I used it for was to convert WMV files to MP4 and it worked flawlessly. I then realized it supports all kinds of formats and is basically unlimited. The UI is very user-friendly and super easy to navigate. Incredible app, MConverter!

I grab the webm I want to move to my phone and drag it over to the app, I click the type of file I want the webm converted to (mp4), it does it in 10 seconds. easiest 5/5 of my life.

Can I pay for just 1 month?

Yes, after subscribing to a monthly plan, simply cancel your subscription so that you are not charged again.

What is the difference between "Buy" and "Subscribe"?

A "Buy" package grants you access for a limited period, e.g., a day. On the next day, you can purchase it again if needed. "Buy" packages do not automatically renew.

Subscriptions give you continuous access to a plan. They automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis, unless you cancel.

When can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, and more.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, a downloadable invoice is available with every payment in your account. Just be sure to "Add VAT number" during checkout if you are a business in the EU.

Are these auto-renewing subscriptions?

No, all prices are for one-off payments. They do not automatically renew. You pay only for the period you need.

Can I get a refund?

Yes! Unlike many other online file converters, we offer refunds because we are confident in the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with MConverter, you may be eligible for a refund.

Yes, you can use MConverter for free! Our Free Plan allows you to convert up to 10 files per day, with a maximum of 2 files at once and a size limit of 100 MB per file. Note that the daily limit may be reduced to 1 conversion depending on use.
